Technical resource
Technical resource (TR) is a support service we provide on a daily basis to many new and existing clients.
Onsite network installation, software build/rebuild and general system health checks are our key areas of skills, and all at prices that are agreed and confirmed with you so there are no unexpected shocks. Half-day onsite prices start from as little as £200.
Our consultants offer onsite or remote services such as:

Cabling and telephone systems
We have a specialist team of engineers who install structured cabling, fibre optics and computer network cabling. In addition, we also install and implement standalone telephone systems, voice-over-data and mains installations.

Configuration
At IML, we offer a totally free of charge hardware configuration option for all our customers.
When you purchase any laptop, desktop, server or storage unit from us, we will install your options (also purchased from IML) into each unit, ensuring that everything is tested and working prior to dispatch, resulting in minimal DOAs (dead on arrivals), which can often cause so much hassle (and extra cost) when engineers have been assigned to a project. We are committed to outstanding attention to detail and the ability to deliver in the specified timeframe.
