Please complete the form below in as much detail as possible to submit your request. Our returns department will respond as soon as possible.
** If your HP product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) please call the HP warranty line on 0870 842 2339 for official DOA Authorisation**
** Once you have received this authorisation from HP please state this in the comments/notes section below **
** For all other manufactures that are FAULTY or DOA then please state below in comments/notes section below **
Please note the Return is valid for 10 days from the date of the Rma number being issued.

Intec Terms and Conditions in brief. 1 - Products ordered in error need to be returned to Intec within 5 days. 2 - Any delivery shortage needs to notified to Intec within 48 hours. 3 - If you have faulty goods, you have 30 days to log the fault with Intec. 4 - Any items supplied to you incorrectly by Intec needs to be notified within 48 hours. 5 - Any damage to the goods needs to be reported to Intec within 48 hours and the delivery must be signed for as 'Damaged in Transit'. 6 - Products that have been ordered in error will encounter a minuimum of 10% re-stocking fee, this re-stocking fee will depend |
