Welcome to the Intec Microsystems online Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) request form.
We suggest that you read our RMA terms and conditions before proceeding which can be found below.

Please complete the form below in as much detail as possible to submit your request. Our returns department will respond as soon as possible.

** If your HP product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) please call the HP warranty line on 0870 842 2339 for official DOA Authorisation**
** Once you have received this authorisation from HP please state this in the comments/notes section below **
** For all other manufactures that are FAULTY or DOA then please state below in comments/notes section below **

Please note the Return is valid for 10 days from the date of the Rma number being issued.

Please ensure you read the following as very important:


The goods to be returned must be placed in an outer box and/or shrink wrapped to ensure the item(s) are returned in the best condition possible.
 Please DO NOT attach any labels, stickers, tape or deface the original box the item is in. If you are unable to outer-box or black wrap the item(s), please ensure a document enclosed wallet is clearly displayed. Failure to comply with Intec Microsystems RMA terms and conditions could result in your request being rejected or a re-stocking fee being issued.

Intec Terms and Conditions in brief.

1 - Products ordered in error need to be returned to Intec within 5 days.

2 - Any delivery shortage needs to notified to Intec within 48 hours.

3 - If you have faulty goods, you have 30 days to log the fault with Intec.

4 - Any items supplied to you incorrectly by Intec needs to be notified within 48 hours.

5 - Any damage to the goods needs to be reported to Intec within 48 hours and the delivery must be signed for as 'Damaged in Transit'.
If the goods are not signed for as damaged Intec will not process this return.

6 - Products that have been ordered in error will encounter a minuimum of 10% re-stocking fee, this re-stocking fee will depend
on what the product is and the condition of the product once this has been returned to us.
